10 years later, Rome and Rim are still one of my top three FAVORITE couples of all time, and that says a lot, I read a shit ton of books.

Cambria Hebert delivers, yet again, with the #hashtag series. She knows exactly how to rope you in and keep you completely enthralled, whether it be a full size novel or a fun little novella. Visiting with Rome & Rim, Braeden and Ivy, & Drew and Trent feels like coming home. It makes me incredibly sad each time I have to say goodbye.

#fam ended up being the PERFECT balance of drama, sexy time, family time, and laughs. I devoured every word. With each page I turned, the nostalgia kicked in and had me wanting to do a reread from book one, #nerd, for the 500th time.

Thank you Cambria for giving us this most recent glimpse into the #hashtag gang! Rome and Rim had me absolutely OBSESSED with their life. There's nothing better than seeing Rome and Rim's love for each other, their kids, their family, their friends, and even their animals.

I HIGHLY recommend this whole series and I look forward to hopefully future glimpses.

Let me just put it out there, make sure to have your BOB, significant other, FWB, etc. somewhere close by. Because, baby, this book is pure fucking filth. Downright x-rated. I'm talking you'll be breathless, thighs squeezed together, hormones running in overdrive, wound up so tight you have to pause to take care of business because you are so ready to explode kind of x-rated.

Crew, TJ, & Nate were the perfect form of foreplay. These men are what fantasies are made of.

Speaking of fantasies, that mouth on Crew will have your panties soaking wet. It's soooo damn nasty and lascivious! Then add in TJ & Nate... the wickedness between these pages are some of the filthiest I've read in a long time.

I love me some Cole, Reed, Alec, and Jace (from Tangled in Tinsel-book 1 in the series). But Crew was on a whole other level. That man did what those four could do all on his own, at least in my opinion. He was pure gold. Lord. Have. Mercy. I was absolutely jealous of Elle. JEALOUS. I want me a Crew, and I wouldn't mind if he brought his friends along, too. .

On that note, I will say the only issue I really had with this one was Elle. I was not her biggest fan. I just didn't jive with her personality. For me, it was too over the top and aggressive.

Even with that, I'm pretty sure I will be rereading the fuck out of this one. And I definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun, sexy, smut filled read. And don't stop here, make sure to also read Tangled in Tinsel because Trilina's words/worlds are better than any porn I've seen. LOL

Nocticadia is one of those stories I sit on the fence with. There were parts that I loved and then there were those parts that were just meh.

To start off, in my opinion, I wouldn't classify this book as "dark." Were there darker elements? Yes absolutely, scattered throughout but mainly towards the last 25-30%. Overall though, I did not find this to be too dark, not when I place this in comparison to other dark reads from CJ Roberts, Monty Jay, Marissa Honeycutt, Stylo Fantome, and even Keri Lake's own Ricochet, to name a few. To me, this book was tame; one I could comfortably recommend to my blog partner who doesn't do dark.

Due to this, I was a tad disappointed. My expectations were high, because this was advertised as a very dark read so I was expecting very dark, straight from the beginning, and appropriate that way.

With that said, I did like the taboo aspect to this story. Student/Professor with an added in age gap is usually not my cuppa, but I really enjoyed the trope in this book. I fucking loved Doctor Death. Devryck stole the show and my heart. He was all broody and stoic, until he wasn't. And that was because of Lilia. I found her to be the perfect balance for Dev's coldness and indifference. Our girl knocked him right on his ass, and I loved being there for every second of it. Not to mention, their chemistry was off the charts, which is what kept me turning the pages. The tension just radiated, especially towards the end, building until it had no where to go but combust. A quick fyi, this is a slow burn, so you have a bit of a ways to wait until it reaches its boiling point. But man, once it does...be prepared.

The paranormal aspect of the worms was interesting. However, the world building around these worms and the focus on Noctisoma sometimes bogged down the story for me. It was a lot of small details that took up over 3/4 of the book, and I found myself skimming a bit. Since this was a slow burn, I yearned for more Dev and Lilia and less technical science stuff. I wanted more of a balance between the two. Outside of our two MCs, I enjoyed the last maybe 40% the most, when the book started to pick up and we saw some action, in and out of the bedroom.

What I'm hoping and wishing hard for is that a certain side character will get their own story. Because baby, I love me a damaged man and this one intrigued the fuck out of me. I have a feeling, the author will take us on one hell of a deliciously dark ride with him.

Her stories are gritty, with antiheroes that walk the line of good and bad, and feisty heroines who bring them to their knees. Book One in the Lost & Found Series, Whispers of You, is a striking introduction into a brand-new small town romance, centering around the Hartley siblings. And I can't wait to experience each and everyone of them, especially Roan. Oh, Lord, Roan. *sigh* I'm a huge whore for a good broody, silent type.

Oooh Weee!!! I wonder if there'll ever be a book Ms. Cowles doesn't knock me on my ass with her characters, because this certainly wasn't it. Seriously, you need these characters in your life! They're pretty damn special.

Holt and Wren are first up, with a second chance at rekindling their relationship that was destroyed when something cataclysmic struck. This duo absolutely stole my heart with their tenacity, love, deep attachment, intensity, chemistry, and strength. A heart that's still trying to recover from the adversity and heartache that continuously crashed into them. It was quite the affliction observing them weathering the aftermath of the storm to find salvation and forgiveness.

One of my favorite things about our couple was their lack of internal drama. They didn't have communication issues. Any emotional or trust issues they had were valid; however, they didn't let that stand in their was for too long. Nothing between them was contrived. Which I'm extremely thankful for.

Whispers of You completely wrecked me; while in the end putting me back together in the best of ways.This is one book I won't be forgetting any time soon. I mean, if that opening alone doesn't pull you in and elicit emotion...

Prepare to have some tissue ready, because in Catherine Cowles fashion, you'll experience a gambit of thoughts and affections, taking you on one hell of a poignant journey. Add the twister of whose terrorizing the town and you've got the perfect ingredients for an all consuming read.

In the end, I feel Cowles provided us with a beautifully written, yet gut-wrenching, love story about two characters who were entwined since childhood. Holt and Wren were written in the stars.

Would I reread? Yes. Reading a Catherine Cowles book feels like coming home.

Would I recommend? Abso-freaking-lutely!
