Though neither main character had been in a relationship in the previous year, they were both looking for ways to put their past behind them. In each other, Jack and Michelle found something that made them forget the pain they were holding and begin to work past it. Thirty days of fantastic, no strings sex seems like just the ticket to help them forget.

For as low key as their arrangement and as hot as their chemistry, they both have issues to work out. Add in a wrench that knocks the legs out from under Michelle, and they both have to reevaluate what they are doing together and what their relationship means.

This book is filled with heat and steam, as one would expect when one character counsels about sex and the other sells products to enhance the pleasures of sex. And boy is Jack well practiced, with his products and without. The level of sparks flying felt higher than others of Lauren’s books, which is what I expected based on both the blurb and all the promotional materials that have been filtering around since the book was announced. And it was exactly what I was hoping for from Jack and Michelle. 

I loved the ending of this story, and everything Michelle and Jack had been dealing with throughout the story makes sense and falls into place as the resolution approaches. To me, it ended in the best possible way. The only way it could have worked out from the beginning.
