Never in your wildest dreams could you begin to imagine all the filthy and depraved things that go on inside The Wicked Horse. Step inside and Woolf Jennings will make every one of your dirty fantasies come true.

He’s covered in a facade of deception. An enticing blend of multi-millionaire and hot-as-hell Wyoming rancher, those that think they know Woolf Jennings admire his abilities to preside as CEO of his family’s cattle and oil empire. But only a privileged few truly understand what fuels the glitter of depravity in those gorgeous blue eyes. Only a few know he’s opened up a sinfully erotic and private sex club named The Wicked Horse right at the base of the beautiful Teton Mountain range.

Sweet Callie Hayes has returned home to Wyoming and is looking forward to starting her life over again. After a night of impetuosity, she’s managed to put herself right in Woolf’s line of sight… the man who she foolishly offered up her virginity to years ago and was flatly turned down.

Now Woolf is seeing that Callie is all grown up and has a kinky side to her that leaves him as confused as it does turned on. Worse yet, both Callie’s dirty desires and sweet heart are getting under his skin, and making Woolf question everything he’s ever believed about himself.

Woolf Jennings is a wealthy CEO, rancher, and also happens to run a new sex fantasy club called The Wicked Horse. He's smart, ambitious, sexy, bossy, and likes sex and kink. So he and his best friend, Bridger brought their fantasy club to life on the border of his Wyoming ranch.

Callie Hayes is the Governor's daughter and good girl that has returned home. She is sweet, spunky, fairly innocent, and has been burned by love. Woolf has been her fantasy most of her life, but he always ends up pushing her away. He wants her but knows messing around with her would be dangerous and he thinks his dirty desires are too much for the vanilla Callie. But Callie is on a mission to change, explore her inner vixen,  and live her life to the fullest.

Woolf finds Callie hard to resist and they get caught up learning about each other. I loved their rapport and chemistry. They actually talk, have lots of sexy times, but not a lot of planning or expressing feelings. There is confusion, fears, and insecurities.
They each chase at times while the other run alternately runs. They both have obligations.  He has his dreams. She has hers. Can they ever meet and co-exist?

Woolf hits all the hero hot buttons:  millionaire CEO, cowboy, alpha, likes kink...Bridger might not be a millionaire but he has his appeal too. But he is definitely more wicked, darker, and damaged than Woolf. They share a tight friendship bond  and complete trust, and aren't afraid to share other things as well. I loved how close they were, how they understood each other, and how they both supported and pushed the other. These guys are oh-so-naughty, but definitely have some nice in them too. And as a bonus we get to spend a little more time with Woolf's older brother Tenn who we met in Shaken, Not Stirred.

This was steamy, erotic, funny, emotional and downright dirty.  It surprised me with its naughty nature, but still had the trademark Sawyer Bennett flair with likable multi-faceted characters, hot chemistry, conflict, and humor. It was also about both Woolf and Callie figuring out what they really wanted and needed out of life and if their fantasy and reality was really the same thing. It seemed like it would have to be a choice between lifestyle and love. Some of the happenings definitely push some boundaries and require an open mind, but it also does not delve too deep into some of the depravity and just glides over some of it. The Wicked Horse was almost a character in itself with all of its unique characteristics and both the country bar atmosphere and elite sex club aspects. It's boot scootin' boogie with a side of debauchery and fantasy.

I am looking forward to more in the series, especially Bridger. He is so intense and intriguing and seems to be hiding so much. And he obviously has some specific needs. But the surprising epilogue really set the scene for the next book and it was quite interesting as well.

In a spin-off from the Last Call series, readers get a closer look at Tenn Jenning’s younger brother, Woolf, and the people that work for and around the JennCo ranch in Montana.

Woolf runs the family business, but his heart isn’t in it. Opening a sex club with his best friend is where his heart really lies. Months after opening, he is comfortable with the balance and considers the possibility of focusing only on the Wicked Horse rather than splitting his attention.

Callie is turning over a new leaf. As the governor’s daughter, she has floated along, keeping up everyone’s expectations but putting aside her own needs and wants. No longer will she be a dormouse, a wallflower, or put her dreams aside for any one else’s. Catching her fiance in a compromising position is only the beginning for New Callie.

Callie and Woolf have circled each other for years. Growing up, Callie crushed hard for her brother’s best friend. A few poorly timed encounters leave her thinking he isn’t interested in her, and him thinking she is too sweet for the likes of him.

New Callie also has to face Old Callie before her transformation can be complete. I loved watching the transformation from the unsecure Callie to the woman who knew what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to badger Woolf until she got it. There were times where this book felt like it was as much about Callie finding herself as it was the couple figuring out a relationship.

There was great heat throughout this book, and the addition of the Wild Horse kicked up the kink value between Callie and Woolf. I loved the way Sawyer’s typical lightness was there behind the more serious aspects of their relationship. From the influence of the Wicked Horse, to the magnetic attraction between them, Callie and Woolf have a great mix of fun and flirt.

I have to say, this is a new direction from Sawyer. I was expecting a series closer in feeling to the Last Call series, since that is where we first met Woolf. There is a larger focus on sex, BDSM, and other kinks in this series, and from the teaser in the epilogue I’d say that direction will only get stronger as the series progresses. I loved getting to know the people around Woolf and the Wicked Horse, from his best friend and business partner, Bridger, to his head of security, Cain, and the other various bartenders and patrons.
