What’s sexier than a bad boy? A bad ass man who’s got his shit together.

Max Alexander is nearing thirty-five. He’s built a successful company, and he’s conquered the professional world, but he’s never been lucky in love. Focusing so much time on his business and raising his daughter, adulting has come at the expense of his personal life.

His social skills are shit, his patience is shot, and at times, his temper runs hot.

The last thing he has time for is the recently single, too gorgeous for her own good young woman he hires to take care of his little girl. She’s a distraction he doesn’t need, and besides, there’s no way she’d be interested. But you know what they say about assumptions?

This is book 3 in the Roommates series, but each book can be read as a complete standalone as they all feature new couples to fall in love with.

Max Alexander's life was going just how he thought he liked it. He owns his own construction business, he has good friends, and he has no attachments. He's moody and does not worry too much about social skills or patience. If he wants to scratch an itch, he does and does not have to worry about it. That is until his whole world is rocked when he suddenly finds himself the primary caregiver of a daughter he did not know he had. This confirmed bachelor really has no idea what to do with a one year old.

His solution is to bring in a nanny. Addison Lane's life has also just changed drastically. She could really use a job and a place to live, so it is perfect for her and she is determined to prove it.

It does not take long for baby Dylan and Addison to bond. And it also does not take long for sexual tension and attraction to reach a boiling point between Max and Addison.

Sure they should not mix business with pleasure. They tried to set boundaries...they just are not working. Is  there is a way to work each other out of their systems without upsetting the balance of the house?

It's a huge risk, but could be worth the reward....or it could cost them all dearly. They both stand to lose if they cannot get a handle on the situation. Living together adds more pressure. Neither of them have been lucky in love or relationships. They've both got some issues to work out. The baby needs to be priority. And not everyone wants them together.

I really loved Max. Under that broody persona was a loving, thoughtful, and  attentive man. His whole life changed in an instant, but he dove right in and just tried to keep up. He was all man, sexy, and dirty-talking. But seeing him and his baby girl together made my heart melt. Addison was spunky, sweet, and so caring. She and Max Had great chemistry. And I adored how she interacted with the baby as well. They also each have some outspoken and colorful friends who add humor and dish out advice.

This was a short, sweet, sexy, funny, and romantic forbidden romance with the nanny and the single dad. It was told in dual points of view which was great especially when they were lusting after each other in secret and trying to hold back.  There was not a lot of angst or serious drama, but there was some interference, misunderstandings, and issues. Some of it moved pretty fast.  It was more of a light-hearted, charming read that makes your heart happy...it is hard to resist an alpha-male and a baby...it just is...

This is a total stand alone and is not related to the other books in the series.

Max is successful at business, but work and career has gotten in the way of his social life. When he decides he needs a nanny to take care of his daughter, the perfect candidate is also a distraction he wasn’t planning on.

Addison is desperate to find herself again after a bad breakup. Needing not only a new job but a place to live as well, a live-in nanny is the perfect fit for her.

The sparks fly between them almost immediately, but they each have their reasons for needing to keep things professional. Max doesn’t want to lose the woman who Dylan bonded so quickly with. He recognizes how much Addison takes off his plate and doesn’t want to mess that up for either his daughter or himself. Addison has already had to rebuild her life after messing up a live-in relationship with a coworker, but she also loves Dylan and doesn’t want to lose her if something happened with her dad either.

I loved the way Dylan and Addison bonded so quickly. That little girl was the perfect piece to connect and break down walls between Max and Addison.

This had all the drama, build-up, tension, and playfulness I was expecting from another Roommates story. It also helps that single dad stories are some of my favorite characters to read. Add it all together and this was a fun, sexy read that made me smile.

The last time I saw my best friend’s younger brother, he was a geek wearing braces. But when Cannon shows up to crash in my spare room, I get a swift reality check.

Now twenty-four, he’s broad shouldered and masculine, and so sinfully sexy, I want to climb him like the jungle gyms we used to enjoy. At six-foot-something with lean muscles hiding under his T-shirt, a deep sexy voice, and full lips that pull into a smirk when he studies me, he’s pure temptation.

Fresh out of a messy breakup, he doesn’t want any entanglements. But I can resist, right?

I’m holding strong until the third night of our new arrangement when we get drunk and he confesses his biggest secret of all: he’s cursed when it comes to sex. Apparently he’s a god in bed, and women instantly fall in love with him.

I’m calling bullshit. In fact, I’m going to prove him wrong, and if I rack up a few much-needed orgasms in the process, all the better.

There’s no way I’m going to fall in love with Cannon. But once we start…I realize betting against him may have been the biggest mistake of my life.

THE ROOM MATE is a full-length standalone romance.

Smith Hamilton has it all—he's smart, good-looking and loaded. But he remembers a time when he had nothing and no one, so he's not about to mess up, especially with his best friend’s little sister. That means keeping Evie at arm's length … even though the once pesky little girl is now a buxom bombshell. A sexy blonde who pushes his self-control to the limit the night she crawls into bed with him.

Evie Reed knows she's blessed—with an exclusive education, a family who loves her, and a new job managing social media for her family's lingerie company. But she wants more, like a reason to wear the sexy lingerie herself. She has just the man in mind to help with that. She's crushed on Smith forever. Surely tricking her way into his bed will force him to see her in a new, adult way.

Except that when Evie's plan leads to disaster, she and Smith must decide—ignore the attraction sizzling between them, or become play mates and risk it all.
