And she has a little thing for the elusive artist, but she wants the man under the mask not what he can do for her. I loved that she was strong and independent. She knows she wants and is not afraid to go after it. Gregori did not have a chance against her feminine wiles.

They flirt, they tease, and they have chemistry and shared passions. They were scorching hot together! But when things get a little too hot to handle, Gregori panics and thinks they need to cool down.  Wren is not afraid or a fight, even if she has to help Gregori fight his own demons. But will it be enough?

I liked Wren's boss and cousin Kelsey and how they conspired together. Their girl time and gossip sessions added more humor to the story. And that Kelsey was not afraid to tell Gregori the score either.

This was a short, witty, steamy read with likable characters. It had a strong heroine and unique, sexy male lead. They had a good connection and it was realistically paced and believable. It was well written, engaging, and a sweet little stand alone.
