These two just click and become a hot-one-night-stand that does not want to end. But their lives and obligations could not be more different.  Leif is full of wanderlust and Nando has deep roots. 

I loved these two together. Leif is a bit geeky but social and has abandonment and commitment issues. It has been a long time since he has had a real home or anyone to truly care about him other than his one fantastic friend, Ava. He is still harboring pain from his past that makes him fear commitment. Fernando is sexy, dependable, loyal, and a bit bossy. Leif gives him a reason to want to have his own life outside of work and provides much-needed support. They really just work so well when they are together...seriously hot chemistry and a natural connection. It's just their crazy lives seem to pull them in different directions and they both are not well versed in relationships. They both have some family drama that needs to be dealt with that keep dark clouds looming over them. But Leif is more of a ray of sunshine most of the time and Fernando does need that. 

Are they destined to be the right person at the wrong time or can they find a way to merge their lives?

This is an emotional, steamy, opposites-attract, M/M romance with a wanderer and a small-town guy. It brings back some of our Brig's Ferry friends and antagonists. There were several people I wanted to smack during this one. There are some tough and emotional topics that the author represented well in this story and they really affected the characters. 

I love this series and I cannot wait for more. There are definitely more characters we need to see more of.
