From Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author Devney Perry comes a small town, sports romance.

Crew Madigan is a snowboarding legend. He’s gorgeous, rich, famous and every woman’s dream. Well, except mine. I’ll take a nerdy guy with a clumsy streak who wouldn’t know what to do with a pair of skis to save his life. Superstar athletes? No, thanks. World champions? Hard pass. Crew? Definitely not.

It’s been over a decade since Crew set foot on Madigan Mountain. Instead of sitting with his family during his brother’s wedding, he takes the chair beside mine. ESPN really doesn’t do that chiseled jaw justice. The cameras miss the flecks of gold in his eyes. When he invites me to his hotel room after the wedding, I break all of my own rules for just one night.

But here’s the problem with just one night. Crew is impossible to forget. And he’s not the only one who loves a thrill. The crash, the broken bones, are inevitable. Because together, we’re a little too wild.

Crew is the youngest of the Madigan brothers and he might be the one most affected by his Mother’s death and Father’s issues since he was just a teen which is why he has avoided home for twelve years. He is a stubborn, resentful, closed-off, adrenaline junkie and professional snowboarder.

But he can’t ignore the call from his brother asking him to come home for their oldest brother's wedding. But he’s got a plan. He’s going to be in and out in one night and then he’s going back to his life of travel and competitions. A one-night stand with a woman from his past seems like a great idea until he wakes up and she’s gone.

Raven is his best friend's little sister. He’s always had a bit of a crush on her and she didn’t realize it. But now as an adult, she thinks it’s safe to get a few Os from a hot guy just for one night. But she is determined not to date athletes anymore after a series of hard relationships and she always seems to be the one left behind. She is independent, driven, hard-working, and runs the ski school at the mountain., but she also has her own dreams of snowboarding. She’s sassy, sweet, and realistic, but also tends to be a runner due to her own abandonment issues.

They collide, he chases, and when circumstances change, they just keep riding the high. They distract each other in the best of ways, but eventually reality is going to step back in. He’s got a life outside the mountain and she’s established a life in Penny Ridge. And trying to keep their hearts safe may be as hard as keeping themselves safe on dangerous runs.

This is a coming home, best-friends-little-sister, extreme sports, one-night-stand-that-keeps-going, romance. It’s got heat, heart, hope, and healing. It is just as much about Crew facing his demons from the past and repairing their family dynamics as it is about opening their hearts.  But Raven also has some healing to do and decisions to make. They make such a good match as they both push each other out of their comfort zones but also provide a safe place to land.

I have come to love this family and these intense brothers and I’ve enjoyed spending time on Madigan Mountain. The descriptions of the scenery and the winter sports make it even more interesting. But it’s this damaged family trying to make amends and find forgiveness while also finding the love of women that help them overcome their painful pasts that has left an impression on my heart.  They have all shown so much growth throughout the trilogy. And the bonus epilogue left me smiling.
Crew Madigan left his family’s mountain to pursue a professional skiing career and has never looked back. As the youngest brother, he was the closest to their mom when they lost her, and had the most to lose when their dad withdrew from everyone. When his brothers request he return for a wedding, he knows he can’t say no, but he’s got a plan in place to make it a quick trip so he can leave just as soon as he arrived.

Raven is his best friend’s little sister. He has always had a bit of a crush on her, and she has always claimed to be immune to his looks and charms. Now that they are both adults and Crew is back for a short time, it seems like a good time to take one night together and then go their separate ways. Raven isn’t looking for a relationship with an athlete, no matter what the chemistry with them was, so it shouldn’t be hard to let him go when the night is over.

I love these two - together and individually. Crew was probably hurt the most by the way things went down in their family all those years ago, and has some very deep held resentment towards their father, and even towards his brothers. But he is also determined and has built a ski career that has given him so many opportunities. Raven is independent and loyal to her family. She has never left the mountain, and though she has dreams of bigger things is happy with the life she has carved for herself.

Together they are perfect - hot, caring, protective, and encouraging. There was so much development that had to happen within each of them in order to become a good couple and I loved the way they worked at it and made things happen for each other.

Over the three Madigan Mountain novels, I have come to love the mountain, the Madigans, and the extended community that surrounds them. The healing that happened through the series was heartwarming to watch, and I loved the little bits of redemption their father was able to find as the boys returned home and found a new place there.

How to behave when the guy who broke your heart two thousand miles away turns up in your office:

One: Don’t drop your lucky coffee cup in shock, even though it’s been ten years.

Two: Don’t get defensive when he asks how you ended up working his family’s ski mountain… and why you kept it a secret.

Three: Give him the worst room in the resort. He deserves it for suddenly waltzing back in like he owns the place. (Which he kind of does.)

Four, five, six, seven, eight and nine: Do not kiss him in the hot tub.

Ten: Try to keep your heart intact after you break all of your rules.

Because Reed is leaving again. Hate can't turn back into love. And it’s a little too late…

From USA Today bestselling author Rebecca Yarros comes a small town, single parent romance.

Nine years ago, Weston Madigan saved me. I came to Colorado penniless, heartbroken, and pregnant, searching for a fresh start. Weston gave me a job at his family’s resort, then left the next day and never returned, not even to visit.

Then I stumble in on Weston cooking breakfast shirtless—gloriously, inappropriately shirtless—in the shared kitchen of my duplex in employee housing. Given the shock on both our faces, he wasn’t expecting a roommate either, let alone two.

The growly pilot is only home to start his family’s new heli-skiing operation. I can handle being his temporary roommate, right? Chemistry and attraction aren’t impossible to ignore when you agree on ground rules. Besides, even with those gorgeous, brooding brown eyes, the guy is a walking thundercloud…until my daughter, Sutton, makes him laugh and he smiles at me. Then everything changes. Cue inconvenient heart flip.

This is only temporary.
I can’t fall for Weston.
I. Will. Not. Fall. For. Weston.
But rules go out the window when you’re a little too close.
