How did things ever get to be so difficult?

Nearly eight years of marriage.
Two kids.
Hectic careers and major life choices.

Throw in sexual frustration, doubts, insecurities and one wild man not completely tamed by society, and you have a Christmas that’s bound to get out of control. Zacharias Easton will show you just how uncivilized love can be.

** Love: Uncivilized is a follow up novella to the book, Uncivilized. While it can be read as a stand alone, it is best appreciated after having read Uncivilized first.
This is a short novella that takes one of the most raw, unique interesting couples (Uncivilized) and lets us see how they have settled into marriage, parenthood, work, and daily lives.

Just like most of us with full and busy lives, marriage and intimacy are what often take a hit when careers and children seem to take over most of your time.

Zach has become modernized eight and a half years after leaving his primitive home in the Amazon. He is no longer the savage boy, but he still has a primal, sexy, alpha edge. He and Moira are married, busy parents, and have work issues to deal with. Zach's job especially keeps him busy and interferes with their family life. Part of that stems from his need to make both his "adopted" father Randall and Moira proud. He has a strong work ethic and is also devoted to and protective of his family. But sometimes there are only so many hours in the day. And there are still times when Zach's more primal instincts become more prominent when he feels threatened or at a loss.

Moira is still sweet, patient, strong, and generally tries to be understanding. But she is getting to her breaking point with feeling taken for granted or second best.  She is a great mom, but craves adult time and their previous intense relationship. And she also has her own interests as far as her career that she would like to pursue.

Situations will test them. Though their chemistry and commitment has always been strong, they will have to deal with miscommunication, misunderstanding, guilt, resentment, frustration, anger, and hurt feelings. When life goes crazy and you find yourself sinking (or slipping away) sometimes you need to take a look at where you have come from and figure out where you want to be. A lot of this really hit home as far as priorities, honesty, time constraints, connecting, commitment, and faith and how it is easy to lose sight of what is most important. These are things that affect a lot of couples in relationships or with families. This was quick, engaging, relatable, sexy, and sweet. I loved getting more with Zach and Moira.

Beyond the initial fire of new love, Zach and Moira are in the marriage trenches. Married 8 years, 2 kids, beginning to drift apart. Between work and family obligations, seems there is never time for them to connect.

Can Zach and Moira keep their own spark alive while the outside world threatens and time works against them?

The challenges they faced were hard to read, since I absolutely loved where Zach and Moira were at the end of Uncivilized. But I also liked thinking about them so far down the road and working to keep things as exciting as they were when they first came together.

I really liked the addition of their kids to the story, and the new characters they have met since the end of Uncivilized. Zach has made so many changes to his life since leaving the jungle, that it was kind of fun to see these two in their domesticated lives. For as feral as Zach was when they met, he has cleaned up nicely and makes a great family man.
This was a fun, quick glimpse into a real life type relationship. Zach and Moira are not newlyweds here. They are trying to balance work with family obligations and the strain on their marriage feels very real.

UNCIVILIZED

Putting a woman on her knees before me is what really makes my cock hard. I fuck with dominant force and absolute control. I demand complete surrender from my conquests.

Savage man, loner, warrior… I am dangerous at my core. I have lived amidst the untamed wild of the rainforest, in a society that reveres me and where every woman falls before me in subjugation.

Now I’ve been discovered. Forced to return to a world that I have forgotten about and to a culture that is only vaguely familiar to my senses.

Dr. Moira Reed is an anthropologist who has been hired to help me transition back into modern society. It’s her job to smooth away my rough edges… to teach me how to navigate properly through this new life of mine. She wants to tame me.

She’ll never win.

I am wild, free and raw, and the only thing I want from the beautiful Moira Reed is to fuck her into submission.

She wants it, I am certain.

I will give it to her soon.

Yes, very soon, I will become the teacher and she will become my student. And when I am finished showing her body pleasure like no other, she’ll know what it feels like to be claimed by an uncivilized man.
