From USA Today Bestselling Author Devney Perry, writing as Willa Nash, comes a stranded together, small town romance.

Kerrigan Hale’s personal life is about as exciting as a bucket of tar. With hard work and hustle as her steadfast companions, who needs romance or adventure? Her empire in Calamity, Montana, isn’t going to build itself.

For years, her mentor—and investor—helped make her dreams come true. Until his unexpected death put her fate in his grandson’s hands. A brazen billionaire, he seems intent on ruining Kerrigan’s life.

But if Pierce Sullivan thinks she’ll go down without a fight, he’s sorely mistaken. Pushed to the extreme, she drives to his ritzy mountain lodge to force the arrogant You Can Call Me Mr. Sullivan to hear her out.

No sooner does she arrive than a snowstorm traps her with Pierce. Stranded together for days, she’s in for the battle of her life. Pierce is nearly irresistible by candlelight. Without his suits and fancy cars, he’s almost human.

Except only a fool would let down her guard. And Kerrigan can’t risk her future. Not when she doesn’t know if he’s out to pilfer her dreams . . . or to steal her heart.

Kerrigan Hale has been trying to build her real estate empire in Calamity, Montana but has hit a rough patch and is over-extended. Things were still manageable until tragedy strikes, leaving her at the mercy of her mentor and financial backer's not-so congenial grandson.

Pierce Barlowe is a man on a mission. He wants to clear out his grandfather's investments and continue running his own company. Quick. Easy. Painless. He is harboring some major resentment, and is brutally honest, arrogant, bitter, and Scrooge-y.

And he and the fiery and sharp Kerrigan antagonize each other right away. He tells her like it is...stating no argument. But she argues right back and hassles him anyway. She is determined he will not steal her dreams. And he is used to winning. They circle, avoid, spar, and negotiate.

But when they get stuck in a situation alone, all bets are off. Things might not be as they seem and the sparks between them might start fanning into flames. But it might actually be too hot for them to handle. They were both so sure that they did not want anything more. And life is sometimes... complicated.

This is about trust, forgiveness, priorities, and finding a home. They both had issues that they had to deal with, and learn to trust in themselves and each other. I really liked Pierce. There was so much more to him once his layers started peeling back. His story is messy and painful, and he is just doing his best to make it through.  And Kerrigan is just so smart, capable, ambitious, and loving. She just needs someone to believe in her. I just loved them.

This brings back some of the Calamity residents and introduces the couple in the next book and I am excited about their pairing.

Kerrigan Hale is building her own real estate holdings, but has extended herself pretty thin. She is jumping on opportunities when they arise, but without the generosity of her mentor, she wouldn’t be able to pay back regular loans at this point. This arrangement is working for both of them, until his unexpected death transfers her debts into the hands of his grandson.

Pierce Sullivan can’t figure out what his grandfather was thinking with the investments in Calamity, Montana and plans to call them due as soon as possible. He is driven to make the most of what his grandfather left him, even if their relationship had been strained - Pierce's own reputation as a businessman is on the line at this point.

These two have sparks flying from the moment they met. Both are strong personalities and driven in their respective business worlds. When they are trapped together due to a sudden snowstorm, they have to face the reality of their business decisions and the chemistry brewing when they get real with each other.

This book recharged my spark. I read it in a day after a series of slower reads. The characters, the plot, and Calamity itself had me sprinting through the story with attention. I couldn’t help but cheer Kerrigan on as she held onto her dreams through the financial challenges and lack of confidence and support from her family. I also had to chuckle as Pierce tried to guess at the nature of his grandfather’s relationship with Kerrigan - but as he wrestled with that line of thinking it also became clear that he had a lot of layers hiding behind his serious business-focused facade.

This was a fun return to Calamity (as the 3rd in the series) and brings back several favorite characters. It also introduces a few new ones that I can’t wait to learn more about!

For Lola Jennings, Valentine’s Day means a good book and an extra-large glass of wine. So when she finds herself standing in the middle of an enormous barn, bouncing between drunken cowboys and avoiding beer spills, she’s certain that Cupid has sent her into the fiery pits of hell.

She’s ready to put the Solo cup down and return home when a line of men takes the stage for the main event—the Wrangler Butt Contest. Ten men twirl and twerk and taunt the crowd with their Wrangler-clad butts in hopes of being crowned king. There’s no denying the devilishly handsome man who performs last has some very fine . . . assets.

So when she trips and falls into Aiden Archer’s arms later that night, she knows her trip to Calamity, Montana, is about to get interesting. And if Aiden has his way, it’s going to last a lot longer than one night.

Duke Evans didn’t expect to interrupt a beautiful woman in a staring contest with a bison on his favorite hiking trail. He also didn’t expect to see her again after rescuing her from the surly beast. As the sheriff in Calamity, Montana, he’s had his fair share of surprises but none as pleasant as pulling over a shiny black car and finding his mysterious hiking companion behind the wheel.

Only, she lied to Duke. She gave him a name as fake as her hair color. According to her driver’s license, her real name is Lucy Ross, the famous country music singer whose sudden disappearance has been a hot topic in the media over the past two weeks.

He’s not sure why Lucy lied about her identity or why she’s in Calamity. And she’s not talking. Instead, she offers him a bribe to keep her secret.

But Duke doesn’t want her money. He wants to know why this woman is on the run. And as long as the star shines on his badge, he’s going to find out.

From USA Today Bestselling Author Devney Perry writing as Willa Nash comes a small town Montana romance.

As Calamity’s newest resident, Everly Christian thought life in small-town Montana would be dull and tame—and she needs a little mundane after the last few chaotic years. But one night, boredom drives her to the local bar, where she finds herself sitting beside a handsome and mysterious artist.

The man is anything but dull and tame, especially in the bedroom, and when she steps out of his shower and overhears his conversation, life gets interesting again.

Reese Huxley needs a wife.

And why shouldn’t Everly be the bride?

She’s got her reasons for agreeing to the hasty nuptials—reasons she’s keeping to herself. As long as she can stop herself from falling in love with her husband, she’ll make it out of this sham marriage in one piece. But Everly has a weakness for wayward men, and the more Hux pushes her away, the more she realizes this bluff is anything but a lie.
