Release Review: Operation Meet the Parents : K. M. Neuhold
Operation Meet the Parents
K.M. Neuhold
Release Date December 3, 2021
Teddy is ready to pop the question, but can he find the perfect movie-moment proposal for Harlow? And more importantly, will Low survive meeting the parents? Oh, the joy of Christmas.
A missed connecting flight, inappropriate winter attire, and a kitchen fire…it wouldn’t be Christmas without some complications, right?
I know Harlow is desperately trying to impress my family, but I’m a lot more concerned about coming up with a proposal worthy of his Hollywood dreams. That is if he doesn’t burn the house down first.
There’s nothing like the holidays with family. Fa la la la la….
This is a continuation of Harlow and Teddy‘s love story from Operation Meet Cute. These best friends finally realized that they were meant to be together. But now they just have to get through the holidays with Harlow‘s family, figure out an epic proposal, and navigate some challenges and mishaps.
These two are so cute and schmoopy together. They have such great chemistry, but the foundation of their friendship, fun banter, and just the way they know so much about the other one really shows what a close bond they have and how important they are to each other. Teddy is the protective, caring, and gentle teddy bear. Harlow is more of a sweet dreamer and a bit of an awkward mess at times. But they balance each other so well and are just adorably perfect for each other.
This is a short, sweet, sexy, swoony, meet-the-parents, snowy holiday, and figure-out-the-future update for Teddy and Harlow. Not everything can go as planned and that is half the fun.

Kim's 4.5 star review
Harlow is on a single-minded mission: meet the man of his dreams by any meet-cute necessary.
All my life, I’ve dreamed of one thing: the perfect movie moment. I want a man and his boombox outside my window; I want kissing in the rain; I want a romantic hero who will take my breath away.
Switching mail with my cute neighbor didn’t work. Swapping coffee with a hottie at the coffee shop just got the poor barista yelled at. And bus guy? Total bust. I’m starting to wonder if Hollywood got the whole meet-cute thing wrong. Sacrilege, I know.
Is it possible the perfect leading man has been living in the apartment above me the entire time, playing the role of my best friend?
Things are about to get very interesting…
***Operation: Meet-cute is a swoony, steamy, best friends to lovers, friends with benefits turned more, laugh out loud story with low angst and plenty of heat.
K.M. Neuhold is a complete romance junkie, a total sap in every way. She started her journey as an author in new adult, straight romance, but after a chance reading of an MM book she was completely hooked on everything about lovely- and sometimes damaged- men finding their Happily Ever After together.
She has a strong passion for writing characters with a lot of heart and soul, and a bit of humor as well. And she fully admits that her OCD tendencies of making sure every side character has a full backstory will likely always lead to every book having a spin-off or series.
When she’s not writing, she’s a lion tamer, an astronaut, and a superhero…just kidding, she’s likely watching Netflix and snuggling with her husky, Lola, while her amazing husband brings her coffee.
