Release Blitz: Unhinged Little Angel: K.M. Neuhold
April 4, 2025
Forcing Salvatore Moretti to marry me at gunpoint isn’t the craziest thing I've ever done...
I hate being desperate, being scared. It's a filthy, helpless feeling. I'd much rather be enraged, violent… unhinged.
Salvatore watches me dance and calls me Angioletto, his little angel. He doesn't know the demons that haunt me. He's too blinded by my beauty to see the blood on my hands. Then again, he's a mafia capo, so maybe the blood wouldn't bother him anyway.
My past is like fire licking at my heels, ready to consume me. But Sal won't let that happen, he’ll protect me. He has to.
I learned a long time ago not to trust anyone but myself. It's dangerous the way he manages to unravel all of my defenses and turn me from a guarded Dom into the submissive brat I've never felt safe enough to be. It's terrifying the way I'm starting to crave him.
I wasn't sure I would live long enough to worry about this marriage starting to feel real, but this well-dressed mafioso might just manage to save my life after all. We can argue about divorce once the threat is neutralized I suppose. And in the meantime, he is my husband, I might as well enjoy the perks…
Salvatore Moretti is a well dressed, intense, Mafia Capo with a penchant for violence and a not so well hidden obsession with Dante.
Dante Torres is a guarded, untrusting, dancer in their club and contract hacker at times. He is femme and fabulous, but also can be violent, ragey, and intimidating. But now he has some demons chasing him and he is starting to feel a bit concerned and desperate.
Desperate enough to coerce a Mob Boss to marry him. And Salvatore is smart enough not to lose an opportunity to get his angel close to him.
Dante hates needing protection, but Salvadore thrives at beng his "Not So White Knight." But Dante is not a weak pushover. He loves to fight Sal for dominance while eventually being bratty and submissive just like Sal likes him. It's supposed to be temporary and fake, but Sal has no intention of letting him go. But in their dangerous world, they also have to protect each other.
I loved these two together. They push and challenge each other. They are feisty and fiery. But they let each other be who they really are and do not judge them for it, in fact they support it. Dante is usually prickly about trusting or relying on anyone, but Salvatore is determined to prove to him that he will fight for him in all the ways. They are another well-matched intelligent couple with tendencies towards rage, intimidation, and violence.

This is a snarky, spicy marriage of protection, Dom and bratty not-so-submissive-sub, mafia romance with threats, suspense, and power exchanges. It brings back the other couples from the previous books. I am very interested in more with Enzo and Declan.
Deadly Little Sparrow
Is there such thing as love at first bar fight?
I may be small and pretty, but what I lack in intimidation factor, I make up for in violence.
I made a vow five years ago that the motorcycle club responsible for my brother’s death would pay the price, and I’m finally ready to collect. May God have mercy on the men who hurt my brother, because I don’t plan to.
Accidentally breaking the nose of the deadliest man in the city wasn’t my best move. Xaviaro Saviano, trigger man for the Moretti Crime Family... and now my own personal stalker. But if I have to go through him to deliver well-deserved justice, so be it.
As strange as it sounds, Xaviaro seems to want to help me more than he wants to hurt me. I can’t shake the man no matter what I do. Threatening him feels like foreplay, tying him up only turns him on… I could play nice, but that’s never been my strong suit.
I’d be lying if I said he wasn’t starting to grow on me, especially when he calls me his Deadly Little Sparrow from his knees. I’ve never met a man who could handle me, let alone one who can’t stop begging me for more.
Beautifully Savage Butterfly
(Mafia Bound #2)
Kim's review
Being savage in the ring is one thing. The way Elio Moretti craves my violence outside the ring is another.
I feel like I’ve been fighting my whole life, and tapping out has never been an option.
I can live with owing money to the Morettis. I can even live with the constant guilt that my brother is the one paralyzed in a hospital bed while I live his dream. What I can’t live with is Elio Moretti, second in command to the infamous crime family, showing up to all my fights, sitting in the front row, watching me like he can’t look away, and barging into the locker room to patch up my wounds and invade my space.
The Morettis are monsters. Vicious, brutal sociopaths. So, why is Elio so eager to get on his knees for me?
He’s as desperate to give up control as I am to take it, but is giving in to these primal urges enough of a reason to sell my soul?
He claims there are worse people in this city than his family, and the deeper I get dragged into his world, the more true that’s starting to seem. Can I really fall in love with a Mafia underboss? Is it even possible to walk away?
Author K.M.Neuhold is a complete romance junkie, a total sap in every way. She started her journey as an author in new adult, MF romance, but after a chance reading of an MM book she was completely hooked on everything about lovely- and sometimes damaged- men finding their Happily Ever After together. She has a strong passion for writing characters with a lot of heart and soul, and a bit of humor as well. And she fully admits that her OCD tendencies of making sure every side character has a full backstory will likely always lead to every book having a spin-off or series. When she’s not writing she’s a lion tamer, an astronaut, and a superhero…just kidding, she’s likely watching Netflix and snuggling with her husky while her amazing husband brings her coffee.
