Maxwell Jameson Trevor, prince of Lilaria, hates his royal role. Despising the limelight, he takes solace in his art studio and steers clear of any drama. But when one of the newly discovered royals passes away, Maxwell's brother Alex asks him to break the news to the old man's granddaughter. Though he hates to be the bearer of doom and gloom, he doesn't want the poor girl to find out from the tabloids. For Maxwell knows all too well how devastating that could be.
Coming from a broken home and modest background, newly ordained Lady Meredith Thysmer has seized her chance to make a better life for herself and her son. She's not afraid to use her best assets to get what she wants. But when the unpretentious yet devastatingly handsome Max delivers his news, her plans for the future come crashing to a halt. In the challenging days ahead, Max's compassion, humor, and steadfast loyalty to Meredith and her son win her over. She quickly finds herself doing something she swore would never happen again: falling in love. And yet Maxwell still refuses to completely drop his guard. Somehow Meredith's got to find a way to seduce this reluctant royal.
Nichole
Chase: Hello, Prince Alex.
Alex: Thank
you for inviting me and please, call me Alex.
Nichole
Chase: Thank you, Alex. I know you have a very busy schedule.
Alex: It’s
no problem.
Nichole
Chase: Well, as you know, there is a large Prince Alex fan club. I hope you
don’t mind, but some of them have sent in questions.
Alex: I
don’t know about any fan club, but I’m happy to answer the questions.
Nichole
Chase: Okay, the first question is simple. What is your favorite part and least
enjoyable part of being a prince?
Alex: I love
going to schools and interacting with the children. I especially love it when
we bring the birds from the Future Bird Trust to the schools and the kids get
to see them up close and personal. The least enjoyable parts would be budget
meetings. Always lots of yelling. Nothing gets a bunch of government officials
worked up more than a budget.
Nichole
Chase: I can only imagine.
Alex: Everyone
has things that are important to them and we all want what is best for the
people of country, but it is something that tends to bring out… the louder
parts of ourselves.
Nichole
Chase: I think people appreciate that it’s such an important thing. Okay, I
know our time is limited so I’m going to move on to something lighter… and er,
much more inappropriate.
Alex:
*chuckles* Let’s get to it.
Nichole
Chase: Well, I’m just going to throw this one out there. Boxers or briefs?
*blushes*
Alex: Boxer
briefs.
Nichole
Chase: Favorite place for sex… sleep! I meant sleep. There was a typo in my
notes.
Alex: I can…
sleep… anywhere. *winks*
Nichole
Chase: Favorite vacation spot?
Alex: Fiji
Nichole
Chase: Chocolate or vanilla?
Alex:
Chocolate for everything but ice cream.
Nichole
Chase: Favorite color?
Alex: Green.
Nichole
Chase: Favorite memory?
Alex: I have
a lot of those. Can you be more specific?
Nichole
Chase: Favorite memory of Samantha?
Alex:
*laughs* I have a lot of those.
Nichole
Chase: Okay, what about your first impression of Samantha?
Alex: She
was rather perturbed and it was completely adorable. She was feisty. And not
too impressed with me.
Nichole: You
know, women usually hate it when they are angry and a guy tells them it’s cute.
But you make it not sound so bad.
Alex: Just
don’t tell my wife I said that.
Nichole
Chase: Hm. I’ll think about that. When did you realize that you were in love
Samantha?
Alex: When
she was about to fly to Lilaria. She was terrified but there was so much
determination in her expression.
Nichole
Chase: That was pretty early on in your relationship.
Alex: You
don’t get to decide when the right thing hits you in the face.
Nichole: How
did you know it was the right thing?
Alex: Well,
I have a lot of experience with the wrong thing. So it was easy to tell the
difference.
Nichole: I
think I just heard some people swoon. Okay, I think that’s a great note to end
the interview. Thank you so much for your time.
Alex: My
pleasure.

Suddenly Royal (Suddenly# 1)
Samantha Rousseau is used to getting her hands dirty. Working on a master's degree in wildlife biology while helping take care of her sick father, she has no time for celebrity gossip, designer clothes, or lazy vacations. So when a duchess from the small country of Lilaria invites her to dinner, Samantha assumes it's to discuss a donation for the program. The truth will change the course of her life in ways she never dreamed . . .
As crown prince of Lilaria, Alex D'Lynsal has had his share of scandalous headlines, but the latest pictures in the press have sent him packing to America and forced him to swear off women. That is, until he meets Samantha Rousseau. She's stubborn, feisty, and incredibly sexy. Not to mention heiress to an estate in his country, which makes her everyone's front-page news. While Sam tries to navigate her new world of politics and wealth, she will also have to dodge her growing feelings for Alex. Giving in to them means more than just falling in love; it would mean accepting the weight of an entire country on her shoulders.
Recklessly Royal (Suddently# 2)
Catherine has spent her life being the perfect princess. She’s kept her hands clean, her head down, and most importantly—men at arm’s length. After all, most men are after only one thing, and for Cathy there’s a lot more at stake than her bed; she has to worry about the fate of an entire nation. But at the rate she’s going, Cathy is afraid she’ll give the Virgin Queen a run for her money. She is tired of waiting for someone good enough to come along. She has a plan, and it all hinges on seducing the one man who seems utterly unimpressed by all things royal. The one man she is tempted by more than any other . . .
When David arrives at the royal wedding of his friend, the newly ordained Duchess Samantha Rousseau, he expects to feel uncomfortable and out of his element, but he isn’t prepared to be targeted by Prince Alex’s gorgeous younger sister. With Cathy’s giant blue eyes, killer figure, and sense of humor, it won’t take long before he gives in. But when he finds out just how innocent the crown princess really is, will he play the part of knight in shining armor or the dashing rogue?

I think the best part of being Royal would be the glamorous lifestyle and getting to live in an castle. That would be amazing!
