Once upon a time all I needed was baseball, friends and extracurricular activities. Then everything changed when Declan Steele stormed into my life and upended all my priorities with his heart, his love, his passion.

So my next five-year plan will include this new ground rule—Love big.
Only, that’s easier said than done when my man and I come face to face with hard truths and new troubles about what it means to be all in.

That’s when I learn that finding love isn’t the hardest part.
Keeping it is.

All In with Him is the final novel in the Men of Summer series, and should be read following Winning With Him.

I have such a soft spot for Grant and Declan. I loved Scoring with Him and Winning with Him so much, so I was thrilled when the author wanted to give us more of the good stuff.

Grant is happy to be back with Deck and is eager to show him off and be seen with him. He wants to go out and do fun things. And he wants Deck to be there for it all.

Declan is still a bit more shy about being in the public eye, especially where he feels more exposed. He has been working through issues from his past, but sometimes they sneak back and bother him. He is happy being a homebody and keeping things more private. He has restarted his life again in San Francisco to be with Grant. But they are both still coming to terms with their pasts while living in the now and trying to see what their future might look like. And they both still have some intermittent, but realistic anxiety and worries. And sometimes life throws you curveballs. And they are now in the public eye so are always aware of media speculation.

It is not full of unnecessary angst, but is nicely layered with real-life situations and a few concerns weaved in, but they are finding ways to work through them together.

This brings the fun, flirt, friends, banter, and beginning to build their lives together. But they do still have differences, vulnerabilities, and fears. They are still learning to communicate more effectively and to not get in their heads so much. Any new couple has some challenges, but this is them working them out, developing more intimacy, and getting more comfortable in themselves and with each other. This is real life and long-term love that sometimes requires adjustments along the way. Their chemistry and passion just seem to grow and become more intense, intimate, and emotional. And sometimes one needs support and the other has to try to be there for them. I loved getting to see more of this stage of their lives and seeing them work on their happily-ever-after.

This one had everything in it that I needed for these two guys I have come to love. They have come so far through this series. They are seriously my fave LB couple now and I have loved spending time with them. This brings all the smiles, feels, steam, and swoon.

I enjoy seeing these guys with their posse of friends. Being back in San Francisco gives them more opportunities to hang out. This just perfectly tops off this amazing series and just made my heart so happy. I would like to see more of River and his friend, Owen. I really like them too.
This was the finale for Grant and Declan that I didn’t know I needed until I was midway through reading. These three books do need to be read in order, but are so utterly perfect for this pair! As the third book in their series, this is their happily ever after, but even after the challenges they faced in their first 2 books, they haven’t ironed out all of the big issues a couple must face before they can fully settle into a happily forever status.

I love the whole arc for this couple, and the development that each character went through. They have a lot to balance between their two demanding careers (for rival teams), their time apart, and the parts of their pasts that haven’t been fully dealt with. This final push to HEA has them taking final steps to address the pieces of their pasts that are holding them back and dragging them down. By the end, I loved the versions of themselves they had worked on. I especially loved watching Declan’s thoughts as he processes the last pieces of what has held him back.

These books kept me rooting for Declan and Grant, and at the end of Winning with Him I thought I was happy for them, but now I know they needed this extra little bit. I’m so glad we got to see this last little bit of their story, to see them fully settled and happy.

Our reviews

Falling for the rookie wasn't part of the plan.
As a pro athlete, I have one unbreakable rule when it comes to men -- Don't date another baseball player.
Good thing I haven't been tempted once in four years in the majors.
Until the day a rising star walks into my locker room. Outgoing, affable, and sexy-as-sin, Grant has confidence and talent for miles. He seems to get me too, maybe because we each have our fair share of secrets and scars -- ones we'll both fight to protect.
But, I've got far too much trouble in my past to want to bring any into my present.
All the more reason to resist the kind of dirty deeds his lips and eyes promise.
Even after I plant a scorching, hot kiss on the rookie one night after a game.
Even after he sends me the world's sexiest selfie.
But when Grant reveals his biggest secret, I'm so damn ready to rip up the rulebook.
Turns out he's a virgin and he wants me to help him get around all the bases.
The only rule? Don't fall in love with him as we go.

Resisting the shortstop has never been my strong suit. I failed at it during my first spring training. It sure as hell looks like I'm about to fail at it again.
The sport I love playing with my very soul hangs in the balance. But everything my heart craves lies with the guy I've got to resist.
A guy who's asking me to make the toughest choice ever.
But how do I become the man I want to be...with him or without him?
Trouble is, I can't seem to get Declan out of my head, even if I stand to lose everything I've worked for my entire life...

Winning with Him is book two in the utterly addictive Men of Summer series, and should be read following Scoring With Him. This romance between two professional athletes spans five epic years.
