He is somewhat obsessed with the very committed married couple Angel and Devil. They have been together for fifteen years and it’s obvious that they’re still very much in love and very passionate. But Raven has been a little bit envious over the fact that he knows that they sometimes take a third into their bed. But he’s also afraid that if he does go in as their third, it will be even harder for him to have them and then let them go.
This is a game of cat and mouse with Raven wanting what he doesn’t think he can have long-term and Angel and Devil trying to gradually pull Raven in as to not send him running. But the sexual tension and chemistry are definitely obvious, but there are deeper feelings at play that they are afraid to admit.
I enjoyed the dynamics of these three together. Devil is a bit rougher around the edges and demanding, but he is completely determined to give Angel and Raven everything that they need. Angel is brighter and softer, but also naughty. He’s like sunshine and happiness and runs the sex store. And Raven seems to fit well with them but is afraid he needs to guard his heart. But they’re both determined to take care of him and guide him, and Raven inspires both of them in different ways. It is a process of communication, sharing time, building trust, and finding their way together.
This is a MMM story about love that has no limits. Even though the time frame in this book is not that long, it has been building throughout the books as they have been watching and waiting. It brings in more of the history of the island. It brings back all of the island guys. I love all of their relationships and how much fun they have together.
Raven has always been somewhat of an enigma. He is empathetic and is believed to be somewhat psychic, he’s got this goth–chick style, and he seems to be a loner. He runs Palm Island's popular coffee shop/café and also has been acting as the barber. He also started the Harold and George Museum and is very drawn to their past love story. And he is ready for his own big love story.

Chef Storm is moody, antisocial...and he just asked me to be his fake boyfriend.
Most people on the island avoid the hot-tempered chef, but he doesn't scare me. Sure, he's prickly, but I've also caught him feeding a stray cat, so I know there's more to him than the sky-high, barbed-wire fence he's built around himself.
When Storm's ex-husband shows up unexpectedly during the off-season and refuses to go home, pretending to be Storm’s boyfriend is apparently my new job.
Faking it with my grumpy boss should not be this much fun, especially since the last thing I need is to make a fool of myself by falling for anyone else on the island.
Is there anything more exciting than being swept up in a storm? Maybe taming one…

Was pretending to sleep with tons of men to keep my crush from hooking up with them a Dirty Trick? Sure. Do I regret it? Not one bit.
Telling Boston I have a thing for him would’ve been the logical thing to do. Unfortunately, logic hasn’t always been my strong suit. I decided to go the—“get under his skin until hostility turns into affection”-- route instead, and I think it’s finally working.

I've never shied away from the hard things in life. But falling in love with Lux… EASY has never felt so good.
