Have they built a strong enough foundation to manage it all together?
I loved seeing the raw vulnerability in these guys. They have been able to see below the surface to heart and real person that they did not show to everyone. This has been a gradual building of trust, respect, and intense feelings. They began getting comfortable together, and then with the band, but now it is time to come out of their safe bubble and face the world.
I really enjoyed these characters and and their story. This one is mostly the good stuff we have been hoping for--love, lust, trust, and success. I enjoy getting both of their points of view and seeing their deep feelings, fears, and insecurities. These guys truly touched my heart so many times, especially Viper who really showed a lot of growth. He started out so jaded and cynical, and really opened his heart. I loved seeing a more romantic side of him. And Halo was just a total sweetheart, but he was not a pushover so he could challenge Viper and hold his own. And their chemistry was scorching hot. I just adore these guys together.
I actually love the whole band: Killian, Slade, and Jagger. I also really like a new character that was introduced and I think we will definitely see more of him in Killian's book. Can't wait for more of this Fallen Angel world!
