Release Blitz: Handy: K. M. Neuhold
My new neighbor may be grumpy but he's also hot, and very good with his hands…
I definitely overestimated my own handyman skills when I bought this fixer-upper. I have to say, the view from my new place is worth it though. Especially around seven o'clock every morning when my big, furry bear of a neighbor drinks his coffee shirtless on his back porch.
He's dedicated to the bear thing too. Growly, grumpy, and as it turns out, he really likes belly rubs.
Am I a sucker for a touch starved grump? Yes. Am I sorry about it? Absolutely not.
Getting Griff into my house and into my bed is the easy part. Convincing him I'm actually interested in him is so much harder.
I didn't mean to turn myself into his secret admirer, but if sending him anonymous presents and notes is the only way to wear down his gruff exterior, then that's what I'm going to do.
Sooner or later he’ll realize he’s more than just my grumpy handyman, right?
Handy is a super low angst, high heat, romantic comedy featuring a grumpy “Bear” (not the shifter kind ;) ), and his sunshiney neighbor who becomes his secret admirer. It can be read as a stand alone but the most enjoyment will be from reading it as part of the full Four Bears Construction Series.

Griff is a grumpy, growly, closed-off big bear who has just been existing and not really living. He works with the Four Bears Construction crew, but he’s antisocial and tries to reject their friendship advances. His life is grey and lonely until the neighbor behind him bursts into his life in vibrant color.
Ledger is a chatty, bold, friendly, flirty Park Ranger and bird nerd. Ledger starts out just peeping at the hot bear as he drinks his coffee shirtless on his porch like he would any other species. But then he tries to poke the bear into some friendship. But it takes a more extreme situation for Griff to end up in Ledger‘s home. And they come up with a little deal of sharing handy work for handiwork and handjobs that put him in his bed. Ledger just keeps chipping away at Griff’s guards with surprises, forced socialization, and exploring each other. Ledger opens up Griffs solitary world again, and brings in light, laughter, and a connection.
But is Griff brave enough to open up his heart and risk loss again? Ledger is persistent and eager. He just wants someone to love him, understand him, and be a companion. And Griff is terrified and he’s lived alone so long that he’s afraid to even hope that he could have that again.

These two are just so cute together and I adored them. This big, burly grizzly who just loves touches and belly rubs. And this ball of sunshine who could read between his grunts and scowls and know what he needs. And Ledger who is used to picking the emotionally unavailable guys just wants to be loved for who he is, and he just soaks up any little bit of attention that Griff gives him. They are not sure if the other really likes them. But I loved seeing Griff‘s life begin to turn from bland back to shades of color and to living life again.
It’s a sweet and hot, low angst, grumpy sunshine, neighbors, tit-for-tat, opposites-attract, sweet and sexy romance. I loved being back in the Four Bears world and getting to hang out with all kinds of fun friends. And of course there is a cute pet and plenty of friendly shenanigans.I love this group so much. I hope we get to see maybe Ledger‘s friend, Jericho find somebody for himself.

K.M. Neuhold is a complete romance junkie, a total sap in every way. She started her journey as an author in new adult, straight romance, but after a chance reading of an MM book she was completely hooked on everything about lovely- and sometimes damaged- men finding their Happily Ever After together.
She has a strong passion for writing characters with a lot of heart and soul, and a bit of humor as well. And she fully admits that her OCD tendencies of making sure every side character has a full backstory will likely always lead to every book having a spin-off or series.
When she’s not writing, she’s a lion tamer, an astronaut, and a superhero…just kidding, she’s likely watching Netflix and snuggling with her husky, Lola, while her amazing husband brings her coffee.
